Taiwo Adedokun is a dedicated Lawyer who integrates commercial legal expertise, project management experience, and technology-driven problem-solving to enhance modern legal service delivery.
She holds an LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University, an LL.M from the University of Lagos, and a Certificate in Patent Law and Global Public Health from Harvard Law School and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
With over a decade of experience advising thousands of startups and MSMEs on corporate structuring, compliance, intellectual property, and commercial transactions, Taiwo leads the optimisation of contract lifecycles—spanning drafting, negotiation, risk assessment, execution, storage, and post-execution monitoring. She leverages generative AI tools, legal-tech platforms, and automation systems to reduce turnaround time, minimise errors, and deliver scalable solutions that support organisational growth.
Taiwo has supported founders, boards, multinational partners, and internal teams in navigating complex legal and operational challenges. Her dual legal and technology perspective enables her to translate business objectives into structured, enforceable, and automated contract processes.
Her broader career includes building and leading teams, co-founding and managing technology-driven ventures, and collaborating with enterprise partners such as MTN, Mastercard, and Tier-1 Nigerian banks to design digital service delivery systems. These experiences strengthen her ability to create practical, user-centric contract solutions that address real organisational inefficiencies.
